ACCESS TO THE PRACTICE
Access to the practice is via Cross Street, where there is road side parking for a blue disabled badge holder and / or drop offs / pick ups.
Two of our treatment rooms are on the ground floor, one is upstairs.
We offer flexible appointment times in our clinics and also offer a Home Visiting Service to people who are housebound and live in a 6 mile radius of the town centre.
PAYMENT
We can accept:
Cash / Debit Card / Credit Card / Contactless / Chip & Pin / Apple Pay / American Express.
We can also arrange for online email invoicing, text invoicing and payment by Debit / Credit Card for Home Visit appointments .
CANCELLATION
We regret the necessity to charge for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Please can you let us know by telephone/email if the appointment booked is no longer needed or suitable.
If we can fill it, we will and there will be no charge made.
We sometimes have customers waiting for a slot to become available to meet their needs.
ZERO TOLERANCE
Workers at Broome Chiropody have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at all times.
They should be able to do their jobs without being physically or verbally abused.
Most people respect this. Thank you for being one of them.
We consult with relevant professionals including the police and reserve the right
to refuse treatment as necessary, to address abusive behaviours.
